Our curious journey
Curious Health founders, Catherine and Lottie, built their reputations in healthcare communications by doing two things brilliantly: developing outstanding work and creating positive, fun cultures in which people could thrive. After years of doing this for other people, they saw the chance to do something different. As the world emerged from the pandemic, AI became part of our day-to-day lexicon and budgets tightened, it felt like the right time to reimagine what an agency could be.
Curious Health was born from the belief that communications is a critical business function, not a tactic, that agencies need to solve for clients, not sell to them, and that the best work comes from curious minds asking better questions. Today, that spirit runs through everything we do: combining deep expertise with a commitment to understanding our clients’ businesses and delivering work that is right for them as cost effectively as possible.
Communications in the era of AI
Earned content and communication is back in style as Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) becomes more dominant in how people access information.
We’ve always believed in the power of earned content. Having other people saying great things about you is what differentiates PR from creative, advertising and other disciplines where you control the message and pay for the space.
Now that Large Language Models are powered by earned media, PR and communications are the path to visibility. You can’t pay to influence LLMs. We get this and understand how to create work that earns attention.
AI is also helping our consultants have the headspace to do the outstanding job they are capable of doing. We’ve built AI into our work. We’ve automated the right jobs to free up our curious minds to do more of what clients’ value while keeping empathy, experience and good judgement at the heart of every piece of work.

We co-create solutions with communities so that campaigns connect with people and deliver results that are meaningful to our clients.
