Technology and AI
We create stories and resources that help people take action towards fairer, better health outcomes.

Health information should empower, not exclude. Yet misinformation, low health literacy, and digital barriers mean too many people are left behind.
That’s why we work with patients and healthcare professionals to design activation programmes that build trust, challenge falsehoods, and give people the tools they need to take action. With around 10 million people in Europe lacking internet access, and others struggling with technology, we combine digital with offline solutions, so no community is excluded.
Whether it’s a chronic condition, rare disease or public health issue, we’ve built programmes attuned to patient needs that meet clients’ objectives. Our consultants have worked across most therapy areas including cardiology, diabetes, immunology, infertility, neurology, oncology, rare diseases and vaccines.
What we do
Find and work with like-minded change makers for better health outcomes.
Learn what people experience, believe, want and need.
Co-creation with communities for accessible, valuable content.
Make resources accessible and impactful.
Meet people where they are spending time. Target, track and learn.
Be relevant, build trust and reach more people.
Reach the millions of people not connected to technology.
Share stories to encourage people to act.
Co-creation is at the heart of our approach to patient activation. We design programmes with communities, not for them. We listen, never assume, and together create stories and resources that help people take action towards fairer, better health outcomes.
How we approach co-creation will be different for each project and budget. It can range from a formal partnership with a patient group, to a focus group with individuals, to going out to meet people in underrepresented communities. Whichever route we take, our curiosity means we immerse ourselves in people’s experiences and needs and make sure the patient’s voice is heard.
