Jaquie Pantoja
Head of Digital Strategy and Innovation
Jaquie Pantoja
With over 13 years’ experience in digital marketing across the UK and Mexico. My background spans FMCG, B2B and healthcare, where I’ve led digital strategies, social listening programmes and integrated campaigns for national and international brands.
At Curious Health, I focus on understanding where digital and healthcare communications are heading, and turning that into meaningful, scalable solutions for our clients. As things are changing quickly for both clients and their stakeholders, a big part of my role is creating space to test, learn, and develop approaches that are both relevant and commercially viable.
I’m particularly interested in how AI and emerging technologies are changing the way people discover, interpret and trust health information. As patient journeys become more fragmented across search, social and AI platforms, the challenge (and opportunity) is helping brands show up in a way that is both visible and credible
As an AI enthusiast, I lead Curious Health’s ethical AI approach, overseeing policy, training, and governance to ensure transparency, privacy, and fairness in how we use AI.

I bring a strong foundation in healthcare communications and a passion for science-led storytelling. I’ve managed a wide range of client accounts, delivering strategic and creative campaigns across global and local markets.
I hold an MBiol in Biological Sciences, specialising in virology and microbiology, which deepened my understanding of disease mechanisms and informs how I translate complex science into clear, impactful communication.
Beyond my role, I’m committed to public health and science engagement. During my internship with Yorkshire MESMAC, I supported HIV prevention initiatives and published an article in Men’s Health Unlocked. I’ve also shared my insights with STEM students at the University of Manchester, helping inspire the next generation of science communicators.
